This store is looking amazing since the new manager took over. Clean and well organised and well stocked. The new manager is an absolute delight. Always has a genuine smile and is so friendly. Best customer service locally. What a gem!

I come to secret harbour smoke mart at least once a week & I love all the stuff they sellThere’s one worker in there though that doesn’t seem to make it as good of a visit in thereI think her name is shea if she could correct herself and be a little more professional that would be goodOtherwise most of the other people I see in there are pretty fantastic

I want to thank the managers Cheyenne and Shae for their excellent customer service. I had to take back a retro speaker that wasn’t working and they exchanged it and made sure the new one was working before I left the store. Absolutely amazing customer service
