I purchased a Clipper Lighter around 4months ago. I thought it would be great as you can re gas italso replace the flint. I went back into the store to replace the flint, the guy behind the counter said we don’t sell flints, because they walk out the door, what ever that means. Also told me that the lighter, doesn’t use flints, apparently to him, you buy a cheap lighter and you pull it out, and replace it that way. In the meantime he was trying to pull it out of the Clipper lighter, but it wouldn’t budge,so he gave it to the other team member, who was sitting on the floor to try and remove it.I asked why does it have a screw to remove, for the new flint to replace, he said he doesn’t know.Also asked me if it had gas in it, and i said yes. Then he asked me how long i had it for, and i said around 4months, he then said that’s pretty good for that amount of time.I just couldn’t believe his attitude, i was getting really frustrated at this point of time.I said to him, how can you sell something, and you don’t have flints for it, it is a waste of money to purchase in the first time.I bought cheaper lighters, and he handed me back the Clipper Lighter, i told him to throw it in the bin, as it was a waste of money in the first place.

I would like to thank the amazing help I received from both Harry and Jade whilst visiting the store, helped me pick out some good gift ideas for family as well some fun collectables for myself. Lovely staff and was an all around great experience.

By far the best Smokemart in Perth! The staff who work there, are always so lovely and sweet. Not to mention knowledgeable and have a great range of gifts. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

The female manager gave terrible service, not rude but stand offish. Not good customer service made me feel guilty couldn't care less and on my own with a product purchased not as described. Shoved the recipt in my face and not a thank you. Lift your game !

I don’t live in Perth. Tank was not charging so googled a store near me. Went to Belmont store, and they were unhelpful from the get go. Asked if I had bought the tank from them and when I said no, there was nil further interest. The store could have got a sale as I wanted a solution instead left bewildered at the approach and went to buy a $90 pack of cigarettes.

Their Google listing said they were open till 5, but when I turned up at 4 they had the shutters down. There was a guy inside counting the till and not interested in letting me in. My guess is the Google times are incorrect and he was genuinely shut for the day, but if my guess is wrong this guy has shut the shop way too early. Either way, fix it up, Smokemart
