I thought i d shop local as a tourist . Items labelled 1 for $25 , 2 for $40. I buy 2 and get charged $50. I point out the mistake and the customer service went out of the window. Answer was.. prices change all the time. I called my own local smoke art where it was confirmed prices did not change. Reluctantly got a refund for $10 then had to argue to get a receipt . Please check your receipts . I will not return to this shop.i was made to feel i was in the wrong . The 2 women serving should have better customer service skills.

Worst customer service I've had in any Smokemart. Rude, arrogrant and didn't once actually look at me. Won't be going back, Coles is 20 meters away, I recommend going there.
